YOUR ORDER

Every order placed with Sweets-N-Smiles will be filled promplty an accurately. Every basket arrangement is custom wrapped with coordinating cellophane and ribbon. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.

PAYMENT

Our web site shopping cart is securely powered by ecommerce templates shopping cart software.

Order payments are securely processed through PayPal. You may use your PayPal account, bank account, credit cards or debit cards to securely place your order. By using PayPal, you will never reveal your credit card number or financial information. PayPal's security features are the best!

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Party favors require additional processing time, please indicate date needed with your order. If delivery is needed by a particular date, please make sure to note this in the "Comments" field. If you would like to pick your order up at our store, please check the box labelled "Pick up at Sweets-N-Smiles store in Manahawkin, NJ OR Free Local Delivery (Barnegat and Manahawkin, NJ only)", rather than specifying a delivery address.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. To determine if you need to upgrade your shipping method to UPS Air, please review the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map to determine how long your order will take to reach the shipping address from our store in Manahawkin, NJ. RUSH ORDERS

Often, if an order is needed for a special occasion, we can rush the order. If the delivery date needed is less than 7 days from the date you are ordering, it is advisable to contact us at 609.698.1871 so we may determine if the order can be filled and delivered on time. Although we strive to meet expected dates of arrival, we can make no guarantees that this will occur. Many times, these orders can be shipped to arrive by the date needed without even having to expedite the shipping. However, expedited shipments are available at an additional charge and can help to minimize transit time and ensure that your order will arrive on time.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship or damaged in shipping will be replaced or exchanged without charge if we are notified within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt. Also, in the case of obvious error in order fulfillment, items will also be exchanged with the same stipulations as above.

Items may only be returned in the instance of damage or an error on the part of Sweets-N-Smiles.

If a carton arrives badly damaged or if it rattles, please contact us at 609.698.1871 before opening the package.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. A 5% cancellation charge will apply if the order has been filled and not yet shipped.
